The Van Compass 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter AWD 4X4 2500 - Stage 1 System (Mid/Heavy Tune) is the perfect foundation for dramatically improving ride quality, handling, and control. Designed for lightly built-out adventure vans, light Class B RVs, and passenger vans, this system tightens up loose handling while maintaining smooth, comfortable performance over any terrain.

At the heart of the Stage 1 system are VC-tuned Falcon 2.1 Monotube Shocks, installed at all four corners. Built with superior construction and a larger, more effective damper piston, these shocks dramatically reduce corner lean, violent sway, and harsh impacts. Whether navigating broken pavement or rugged off-road trails, these shocks deliver a smoother, more stable driving experience, enhancing comfort and reducing driver fatigue.

Also included are progressive foam Bump Buddy replacement jounce bumpers, replacing the factory rubber stops. These advanced bumpers improve spring curve progression, reduce sway, and increase bottom-out resistance without adding harshness or clunking, ensuring a quieter and smoother ride.

Recommended Wheel Size: 17" x 8.5", +45mm offset

NOTE: Wheels with 6.5" backspacing, or +52mm offset on an 8" wheel, require a minimum 14 mm wheel spacer to prevent tire contact with auxiliary shocks at full steering angle. EX: Black Rhino Warlord, Method 701

NOTE: Vans equipped with HD Rear AC Package require extra care when mounting front shocks, refrigerant lines may need to be slightly bent and re-secured.

NOTE: NOT compatible with Sumo Spring Rebel series of springs, specifically Sumo Spring part numbers: SSR-327-47-2 and SSR-327-40-2 There is a Sumo Spring bracket associated with those kits which makes contact with the shock body.
