Shipping policy

Customer agrees to pay actual shipping charges at the time of shipment. Due to many variables, the website may not calculate the correct shipping charges at the time of order. If actual shipping charges differ from those quoted, the customer will be notified.

Large items and products made-to-order will include incoming freight charges to Van Land, even if you are picking up in person. Customer agrees to pay incoming shipping fees prior to pickup. 

When receiving your shipments, do not accept damaged goods!  Once a shipment is accepted, damage claims are no longer accepted by most shipping companies and the shipping insurance is voided. 

Large items will be shipped via LTL shipping at current rates, which are currently changing on a weekly basis. Please provide a commercial shipping address for LTL shipments when possible to reduce the cost of shipping. 

Shipments to Canada

UPS/USPS Shipments to Canada will be subject to customs brokerage fees, we do not know the total amount until the shipment has entered customs.

We can not ship freight into Canada. We can however ship to facilities on the border, please note you will be required to cross the border to collect your shipment and will be responsible for any customs fees when crossing back.
