Description:
The high capacity L-track kit is engineered with high strength aluminum and comes with a beefy 3.2 mm thick channel to ensure maximum tensile strength. The reinforced structure provides a robust 1000 lb working load limit, making it a dependable mounting base for heavy accessories, cabinetry, and other equipment commonly used in van conversions. For long term durability, the track features a premium anodized surface finish for superior corrosion resistance and trimmed edges for safe, snag free handling. The universal profile is compatible with all standard single and double stud fittings to accommodate a wide range of gear.
To simplify installation and reduce material waste, these tracks are manufactured in an optimized 84 inch length. This specific sizing allows two 84 inch tracks to cover the lengthwise run of a 170 inch Sprinter or a 148 inch extended Transit. For 144 inch Sprinters and standard 148 inch Transits, one full track and a half section provide complete coverage with minimal cutting. These tracks also feature 8 inch and 3.5 inch center to center hole spacing for direct mounting onto van walls, ceilings, or floor subframes.
