Virtus Vans 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter Structural Rail System 144"/170"

Virtus Vans Sprinter Structural Rail System is a powder-coated, Unistrut-style rail system that bolts to the factory ribs of a Mercedes Sprinter van, creating a continuous, reconfigurable mounting grid across the walls and ceiling. It gives you one structural foundation to attach walls, cabinetry, and gear to, instead of drilling new mounting points for every component.

The rail system is built for 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter 2500 vans in 144" or 170" wheelbase, High Roof configuration, and is sold in Walls-only, Ceilings-only, or combined Walls-and-Ceilings kits. It is not currently compatible with standard-roof vans or pre-2019 Sprinter models ‚confirm your van's configuration before ordering. Once installed, the rails support Virtus wall and ceiling panels and upper cabinets, along with any standard Unistrut-compatible hardware.

Pre-drilled holes are spaced at 9 in. on-center to match Sprinter factory rib locations, so installation doesn't require measuring or templates ‚just a drill and the included hardware. An optional Virtus Install Toolkit (sold separately) is available for builders who want a curated tool set for the job.
