Ready to install your Lonseal flooring? Lonseal #650 Two-Part Epoxy for Flooring is easy to use and install in vans, RVs, boats, trailers and more. Simply mix the two part solution together in the bucket provided and quickly smooth on to your level surface with the Lonseal U-Notch Trowel for a thin, even coat. Once your epoxy is smoothed onto your surface, install your Lonseal from the center outward, smoothing the flooring over the epoxy with a silicone roller to eliminate air bubbles. Allow several hours to ensure proper setting of epoxy before walking or placing items on your Lonseal flooring.

- Properly prepared, non-porous substrates and existing vinyl floors
- Locations with temperature extremes, such as saunas, cold-storage, or walk-in freezers
- Areas where flooding is possible, including around drains, shower areas, public bathrooms, pool/whirlpool aprons, or laundry rooms
- Areas expecting heavy point loading or heavy/dynamic rolling loads, like hospital beds
- Can be used on properly prepared, non-porous substrates and existing vinyl floors

Application Information:

Adhesive must be applied by a trowel with 1/16" x 1/32" x 1/32" U-Notches (Model ZZ800 Trowel Sold Separately). These specs are specifically recommended by the adhesive MFG. If applied incorrectly the flooring will not lay properly.

Post-Delivery Check

Part B(smaller bottle) will be packaged within Part A bucket contents.

Sometimes the part-B bottle becomes submerged and it may appear to be missing, check within the part-A contents for the activator bottle. Also, check that the seal of the Part-B bottle + the seal of the pail itself were still intact upon delivery.

Trace contaminants (like tiny fragments of the plastic bottle seal) do not compromise the overall effectiveness of the epoxy chemically. Change in pressure and handling of the package can make the bucket appear to be deformed, but note this is normal due to the chemical contents and their effect on the bucket during shipping. As long as all seals are in tact and not exposed to the open air, it's okay to proceed with using per instructions above. Because the two liquids remain completely separate and contained within their own packaging, the epoxy is still usable.
