Flatline Van Co Sprinter Bed System

Adventure. Sleep. Repeat. Our Sprinter Bed is designed to help you do just that. Ditch the saggy plywood bed frame and upgrade your van and your sleep with one of our Sprinter bed platforms.

In August 2022, we simplified our Sprinter Bed System down to two models, but they still cover the same amount of mounting options. Both our bed systems are DIY and Adventure Wagon compatible now - you just need to select if you want the 3-panel option (Standard) or the 2-panel option (Flarespace). 

Our Sprinter bed systems are easy to install, and you can mount them between 25” - 41”, so you can choose to set up your bed according to your preferred sleeping height. We’ve had customers mount it as high as possible to gain more storage in their garage area for bikes, or even add additional sleeping space directly underneath the bed.

The bed platform is made with 3/16 aluminum that's professionally laser cut, formed, and powder-coated black. Our custom laser cut pattern and formed aluminum help keep everything light and strong, while providing ventilation to the bottom of your mattress to decrease the likelihood of moisture being trapped. The mounting brackets for the side are 12 GA powder-coated steel and have a variety of hole options to make fine-tuning your desired height easy, and to accommodate multiple mounting options. This bed comes ready to install, but please double and triple check your measurements before mounting.

Standard 3-Panel Bed - DIY and Adventure Wagon Compatible 

Our versatile 3-panel Sprinter bed system comes standard with DIY and Adventure Wagon compatible side rails. For a DIY mount, it’s designed to mount between 25” - 41” in height, and it has 3x laser-cut Aluminum panels and stainless steel side rails.

You can choose a 72" long bed or a 75" long one for taller people. Select the mounting slots for either option when putting the panels in place. Refer to the installation guide for more information.

*Please note: with a stock van and no walls your minimum DIY mounting height is roughly 37" off the floor. This is based on a mounting width range (distance between the walls) of 64" - 69.5" at the widest point.

Flarespace 2-Panel Bed - DIY and Adventure Wagon Compatible

We designed the Flarespace compatible bed system so you can sleep sideways! If you already have a Sprinter equipped with Flarespace, you can easily mount this 2-panel bed system to gain more usable real estate in your van. The bed system is designed to mount directly to the Adventure Wagon kit, or you can DIY mount it.
