Virtus Vans 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter Floor Panel System is a precision-cut floor covering for the 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter cargo area, replacing the bare factory floor with a finished surface sized to the van's exact floor geometry. Because each panel is cut to match wheel wells, rib channels, and floor contours, it drops into place without on-site cutting, trimming, or fitting sessions.
The system is designed to integrate with the Virtus structural rail system and wall and ceiling panels, so cabinetry and wall bases sit cleanly on the finished floor surface.
Panels typically install after underfloor insulation and before wall panels or cabinetry, and go in independent of the structural rail system. If your van has a modified subfloor, added insulation, or a lift kit that changes floor height, contact us before ordering to confirm fit.
