Looking for a way to maximize the space in your Sprinter Van without sacrificing a complete kitchen space. Our Passenger Side Van Kitchen for the Mercedes Sprinter van provides you with all that you need and more for living life on the road in comfort and style.

Our Sprinter Van Kitchen Galley is preassembled and ready for installation. Designed for the DIYer and professional builder to speed up the time of your van conversion and get you on the road, not in the garage or shop working on your Sprinter Van.

This Mercedes Sprinter van kitchen galley is crafted in the USA with top-quality materials, creating an on-the-go cooking experience like no other.

The Sprinter Van Kitchen sits on the passenger side of your van, protruding into the slider door access area. This van kitchen was designed specifically for the passenger side to allow access to the refrigerator from the inside as well as the outside of your camper van. The passenger-side van kitchen boasts not only a drop-in sink but a full pull-out drawer with dovetail construction to keep your kitchen items neatly stored and secure while traveling. Below the sink, you're provided a large door that offers easy access to your sink plumbing and a large storage area for whatever you need on your travels. Most commonly, the space beneath the sink in your van kitchen stores additional water.

This Sprinter van kitchen is designed for the ISOTHERM DR 65 or ISOTHERM DR85. Make your van conversion simple by choosing the preinstalled option, or send us a message about a refrigerator you may already have, and we will do our best to accommodate.

All our Products, including the Sprinter Van Passenger Side Kitchen are handmade right here in the USA using only high-quality products for a professional finish.

If taking space from your slider door area isn't ideal for your van conversion, we suggest checking out our universal kitchen galley as well as our refrigerator cabinet!

DIY Installation

Our Sprinter Van Kitchens are designed to fit your walls with screws or Rivet Nuts.

  • Installation Difficulty: Easy | 2 people
  • Installation Time: 30 minutes
  • Tools Needed: Power Drill, Rivet Nut Tool

  • How do I install the galley?

Mounting to the wall: Our galleys are designed to mount to the vehicle's wall. You can measure and mark a section of solid wall truss/beam behind the cabinet to approximate before shooting a screw or rivet nut into the wall. We recommend a minimum of three rivet nuts or five self-tapping screws to hold the galley in place.

Mounting the sink: Make sure to properly install the sink using the hardware provided with the sink. It is never wise to drop in a sink with no mounting brackets or silicone seal around the edges of the sink.

Installing a refrigerator: It is required to cut inlet and outlet ventilation holes for the unit; this allows the unit to cool down without posing a fire risk. Refer to your refrigerator unit manual for airflow direction and ventilation requirements.

Seal the butcher block: This is most commonly done using mineral oil, butcher block oil, or food-grade finish. This butcher block arrives unfinished, so please seal it before use.

  •  How do I know if the Sprinter Van Kitchen will fit my vehicle?

These galleys are designed to take up the space behind the driver seat in most vehicles. This unit may also be placed elsewhere in the vehicle. Please note: Ford Transit and Ram Promaster owners may need to modify or notch the unit to fit the protrusion of the pillar and floor joint in their vehicles.

  • How do I apply, paint, stain, or sealer?

  • Lightly scuff the entire cabinet surface that you plan on coating with 120-180 grit sandpaper.
  • Apply 2-3 coats of primer before applying your main coat.
  • Always apply a finish when you're happy with the paint for a long-lasting appearance.

    • Sand the surface on all faces with sandpaper traveling with the grain of the wood.
    • Apply stain cautiously to a section of the cabinet that will not be visible to gauge the volume and pressure you need to achieve the look you want.
    • Apply the stain evenly with a rag, sponge, or spray gun until all surfaces are coated.
    • Please note that overlapping surfaces may make the stain darker on the overlapped areas.
    • Always apply a finish when you're happy with the stain for a long-lasting appearance.

    For Butcher Blocks and Slabs

For most units, there are Phillips head screws holding the butcher block to the cabinet base that will need to be removed.

If staining, sand the butcher block thoroughly with 120-180 grit sandpaper.

    • Apply a sample on the underside of the butcher block to find a volume and pressure that achieves the color you'd like.
    • Apply the stain evenly with a rag, sponge, or spray gun until all surfaces are coated.
    • Please note that overlapping surfaces may make the stain darker on the overlapped areas.
    • Always apply a food-grade finish when you're happy with the stain for a long-lasting appearance.

If sealing with oil or wax, make sure the oil or wax is food grade and apply evenly with a soft rag or sponge.
    - Allow to dry and re-coat one or two more times.

    • What power intake does the refrigerator take?

The ISOTHERM line of refrigerators we use accepts 100-240V AC and 12V/24V DC

    • What sink drain does the sink accept?

The NanoTec sink accepts more universal 3.5" drains.  We recommend purchasing one with a strainer.
