  • Load-Bearing Birch Subfloor: Enjoy the strength and reliability of a 3/4" load-bearing birch subfloor, providing a robust foundation for your van life adventures.
  • Load-Bearing Birch Insulation Frame: A pocketed subfloor base with openings for insulation to be stuffed into. This is also an alternating dovetail assembly with beams coinciding with the ribs on the factory floor of the vehicle.
  • Tailored Lonseal Flooring: The kit includes Lonseal flooring, meticulously cut to fit in three or four (model-dependent) 48" x 76" panels. This ensures a seamless and custom look for your van's interior.
  • Effortless Installation: The floor panels lock together in a dovetail pattern, offering easy installation that can be achieved by adhering or screwing them directly into the van's floor. No modifications are needed; they're ready for a hassle-free drop-in installation.
  • CNC Cut Precision: Benefit from precision engineering – the Lonseal Floor is CNC cut into one continuous piece, providing a sleek and uniform appearance to your van's interior.
  • Wheel Well Compatibility: The subfloor features CNC relief cuts on the underside, strategically placed to clear higher elevation surrounding the wheel well. This attention to detail ensures a perfect fit for various van models.

    • How does the subfloor get installed?

While the included fasteners are sufficient, the addition of contact cement is recommended.

    • If using epoxy- how much do I need?

We've seen a half gallon as more than plenty for the Sprinter 144.  If using this kit in a Sprinter 170, one gallon of epoxy may be needed.
