Would you like to have front to back access inside your van, yet still have the ability to get a good night sleep? Our Monk Bunk is the answer.  We have designed the Monk Bunk so you can quickly stow your bed while on the go and drop it down in a flash. The bed has a five inch shelf that enables you to stow your bedding in place when collapsed. It’s full-on bike hauling van in the day with the convenience of flip-down sleeping at night. Use one for a solo bunk or install two for double flip-down awesomeness.

Installation

  • Monk Bunk requires installing a Bed Installation Kit
  • If you already have Adventure Wagon's RUV Interior Kit installed in your van then you do not need an installation kit.

  • Monk Bunks are handmade at our shop.
  • We are currently shipping about 3 weeks after an order is placed.

  Shipping

  • Beds will ship on a large pallet and must be shipped via truck freight due to size and weight. It is recommended that your order be shipped to a business with a loading dock and/or fork lift to minimize the shipping cost. If special delivery services such residential delivery or lift gate are needed, additional charges will be incurred. Orders can also be picked up at our facility with advanced scheduling.
  • Shipping is via FedEx Freight and is estimated to be $200.
  • You will be charged actual shipping amount at the time of shipping and is NOT included in the purchase amount.

Good to Know

  • Monk Bunk supports multiple vehicle types with a vehicle specific mounting kit that includes precut L-track, rivnuts and a custom adjustable wall support bar along with instructions.
  • Each kit requires drilling and installing L-track into the vertical support beams in your van for support and structure
