This EXTENDO VENT is an extendable vent that you can literally detach from the wall and place somewhere else to redirect air. It has 2 modes:

  1. The "default mode" allows it to function like any regular old vent. Just move the ball around to change the direction of the air
  2. "extendo mode" can be activated by a simple twist. This disconnects the vent so you can place it anywhere within 25ft of the original vent location

The "extendo vent for low temp" was originally invented to redirect the cold air from my cruise-n-comfort air conditioner directly at my face. Realistically though, it will work for a variety of camper, rv, and marine applications. It's basically a way more functional version of the regular old vents we've all been using!

INCLUDED IN KIT:

  • ball vent & mounting flange - made of fiber-reinforced-nylon. Engineered & manufactured in-house! 
  • 25 feet of collapsible ducting for low temperatures (4in inside diameter) - Collapses down to 18in
  • 2 feet of duct housing (5in inside diameter) - made of high temp duct with smooth internal surface. Used to house the collapsible ducting while it is collapsed.
  • 4 stainless steel mounting screws
  • 2 stainless steel hose clamps
  • Duct housing mount - made of fiber-reinforced-nylon and stainless steel zip ties. Used to secure the extendo vent installation inside of a cabinet. 

COMPATIBILITY:

  • Can replace any existing vent as long as you have 6.3"x6.3" of surface space, and 5” volume for the duct + canister to be routed.
  • Can be mounted to any metal or wood surface (up to 1" thick)
  • Works with low temperature applications up to 180F (NOT SUITABLE for diesel heaters, please see high temp version)
